How I Made Phoenix Home

My husband and I moved from beautiful Bend, Oregon about 4 years ago seeking year-round warmer weather. After vacationing in Arizona over the years we fell in love with the Phoenix area and decided to pick up our lives and head to the land of the sun leaving all our friends and family back in Oregon. We quickly learned that the neighborhoods of Arcadia were where we had to live and have since decided that we will never leave. We love biking to all the vibrant neighborhood restaurants, walking the canal with our golden retriever, Daisy, hiking Camelback, the centralized location and especially the sense of community between our neighbors.

Life Before Real Estate

Not long after moving to Phoenix and inspired by my mother’s longtime dedication to the residential real estate industry back in Oregon, I knew it was time to pursue my own passion and become a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona. Prior to my career in real estate, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Marketing from Oregon State University. With over 11 years of experience in the corporate sector in Marketing and Account Management, coupled with the many years I spent working alongside my mom as her Real Estate Marketing Director I have acquired a wealth of skills which I have contributed to my fast success in Real Estate. An Arizona resident for 30+ years, Charlie attended the University of Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Business and Communications. Charlie has grown up around real estate with his dad starting The O’Malley Group in 2003 and his brother, Tim, is in the business as well.


Having been a licensed real estate agent for over 14 years, Charlie concentrates on mid to high end homes in Arcadia, Paradise Valley, North/South Scottsdale, East Phoenix and vacant land brokerage throughout the Valley. On a personal note, Charlie was an active member in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, coached high school football and is a board member of a local dog rescue organization.
